I have worked at start-ups, scale-ups and large corporations and my passion is combining deep technical expertise with proven management skills adapted to the specific requirements of the role. I've built great teams and had fun along the way: hiring, setting up off-shoring operations, offices and teams, implementing change management processes, developing great products at scale but most importantly I enjoy helping engineers focus on what they do best.
