Professional with almost 10 years of career in the IT area between software development and infrastructure. Passionate about IT having worked at large multinationals and startups such as Intel, Itaú Unibanco and Serasa (Experian Startup). I led the operations of several digital platforms (Internet banking and Mobile of Itaú cards and the entire modernization of the Serasa Score and Serasa Limpa Nome platforms) and projects that culminated in a strong increase in revenue, from revenue of R$ 15M in fiscal year 2018, to of BRL 500M in fiscal year 2021 at Serasa Limpa Nome and a Market Share from 75% of the Serasa Score to over 90% through a significant increase in NPS from -17 to 71.
Experience with technical leadership and people from development and infrastructure teams such as SREs and DBAs, extensive knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Dad and SAFe, management of business and IT indicators of applications, in addition to managing Tribe OKRs.
Other relevant projects in the technical area would be migration of EC2 and ECS services to Kubernetes, bringing greater reliability and scalability and reformulation of the platform architecture into microservices and nanoservices.
More recently responsible for digital account projects and PIX release for debt payments increasing payment effectiveness from just under 50% to 75%.
Responsible for creating and maintaining the largest digital billing platform and other products, in which its stack is formed by Golang, Python (Flask and FastAPI frameworks), react.JS and TypeScript, relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB and ElasticSearch), focusing on monitoring through tools like Kibana, Splunk, DataDog and Dynatrace.
In 2019 I took on the challenge of specializing in the Serasa Score platform, going through the evolution of analytical models. The platform has a PHP 8 + Swoole stack.
Regarding the infrastructure, the focus has been on the specialization of AWS services, such as EC2, S3, SNS, SQS, RDS, Redis, DynamoDB and on the proposal of new architectures using Kafka for the new Crawler and Web platform Scraping.
During my career at Itaú, I led the migration of Cobol/Mainframe programs, moving on to the Nova Internet Program, working on the development of agile cells for Itaú Unibanco's digital channels with a focus on Cards (Itaucard App and Itaú SuperApp), performing technical management (Tech Lead) of internal developers and external consultants, ending with the challenge of creating the MVP of Itaú's Design System.
