Prior to Red Hat, I held leadership roles in various technical and business capacities for high-tech start-ups and multinational companies, including Stratus Technologies, Extreme Networks, Sonus Networks (now Ribbon Communications), Ascend Communications (now Nokia), Telica (now Nokia) and Lucent Technologies (now Nokia), where I was always thinking outside the box, challenging and motivating my self and others to do things differently by looking "outside in"

Technology: Container/Kubernetes, Virtualization, Cloud Computing, NFV/SDN, data Networks, carrier/packet Telephony (SS7, SIP), and mobility (WIFI, 4G/LTE, Diameter).
Product and Solution Leadership: Led the development and delivery of multiple software and hardware solutions, global launch of over 100 products in startups and established Business Units. Strong analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to turn detailed customer and market data into market insights and competitive advantages
People skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations, and have successfully recruited and managed people of diverse international backgrounds.
Partner and Business growth: Excellent track record in double & triple digit revenue growth through strategic business development, complex technical and business discussions, and C-level interactions that have driven hundreds of millions of dollars. Instrumental in the buildup, purchase and sale of multiple businesses at valuations of hundreds of millions and exit multiples greater than 3X
