WalkMe is the pioneer and leading Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) since 2011. As a Named Account Executive, my role is to become a trusted advisor to large organizations helping them make the best use of WalkMe for Customers snd Employees to drive business outcomes and ROI. Successfully reconnecting siloed technologies and business units across the organization from Information Technology, Customer Service, Security, Risk Management, PMO, Field Services and Human Resources is what WalkMe can accomplish for your organization effortlessly as a no code solution. Having worked alongside customers from the West to the East coast, has given me a broad range of industry experience in Healthcare, Technology, Transportation, Financial Services, Cyber Security, Managed Service Providers, Testing, Associations, State, Local, and non-profits among others.

Software experience: WalkMe Digital Adoption , ServiceNow, Aprenda Systems, and Apple. Most notably initiating and leading a North American partnership with ServiceNow's NowX team to co-sell and co-develop the ground breaking Connected Operations application bringing IoT data into the automation power of the ServiceNow platform. Also, DAP- Digital Adoption Platform, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resource Management, Security Operations (SecOps), App Engine, Workplace Service Delivery, IT Asset Management (ITAM, HAM and SAM), Field Service Management (FSM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC) and DevOps.

My background includes innovative companies ranging from WalkMe, ECS (ServiceNow), Accenture and Apple to SaaS start-ups. Pushing growth boundaries as part of a corporate team has always yielded positive revenues and new growth.
