I've been in recruitment (agency-side and in-house) for over 9 years now, filling permanent and temporary job openings from intern to C-level, across numerous industries (digital analytics, design / branding / advertising, IT / software development / security, Emobility / EV Charging). I am a curious person by nature, often seeking new ways to identify and engage with talent around the world. A critical thinker, who isn't afraid to challenge the 'status quo', call out bad practices and hold healthy discussions around how we can keep improving our way of working. Applying analytics and creativity to proposing solutions and solving challenges.

I enjoy getting to know each candidate and understanding what their needs are, where their passions lie and whether an organisation can fulfil their needs whilst leaving a significant, positive impact at the workplace. Equipping Managers and their teams with hiring best practices and interview experience to effectively evaluate, engage with and attract the best talent to their team so they can continue to grow and deliver their products and services at the highest quality. Fostering mutual success is what it really is, and I love every bit of it!
