* Rapid prototype. Portable CMM: Faro & Romer Arm to retrive 2D/3D geometry for critical or partially damaged parts. Solid Modeling.
* Exceellent analytical GD&T problems solving skills. ASME Y14.41 standards.
* Metal fabrication: Steel, AL, Casting, Forging, Titanium, Magnesium, Cast - iron, Cpmplosite.
* Completed training in Pro-E, Solidworks, Unigraphics, AutoCAD, Cadkey, Keycreator, Catia...
* Trained with: "Lean", "Six sigma", "Kazan", "Shingo Award for excellence in manufacturing"...
* Trained with: "OSHA", SHE", MSDS", Hazardous Materials, Workplace Safety, Ergonomics evaluation"...
* Ability to understand and deisgn the assembly of very complex mechanical systems.
* Create "Picture Work Instruction" to insure consistancy & repeatability in production.
