My strength is excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, alongside exceptional organisational skills. I am trained as Mental Health First Aider and supporting the data team as Mental Health Ambassador.

Another area of my interest is agile transformation - I lead transformation, promote best practice, and curate agile ceremonies in the data team.

Couple of projects delivered:
• Rolled out and ownership BI tool (Looker) in the challenger bank to create self-service data culture.
• Designed, created and automated actionable OKRs dashboards for the senior management team and a variety of teams: marketing, customer service, product, finance etc.
• Created cross-company Business Glossary and Data Dictionary that improved data management and decision-making and facilitated the company's self-service analysis.
• Established processes and managed Data Quality across the company that allowed to increase accuracy and reliability of management and investors reports.
• Led the customer segmentation project in APAC Region in the world-leading software company.
• Automated Bank Board reporting that allowed to increase reporting efficiency several times.

Have a Master Degree in Economic Science (Finance and Banking) and more than 4 years of proven coaching experience in financial management.
