I also like to participate in the Pittsburgh developer community, having hosted and presented a number of Pittsburgh Javascript meetups.

Throughout my career I've found myself feeling most gratified by my work when I'm enabling others. Nothing gives me greater professional satisfaction than designing and implementing frameworks, libraries, tooling, process, automation, and teams that allow developers and users to do great things. Enabling others, being a force multiplier to one or many's vision, is where I excel and find no shortage of need.
