I’m a seasoned product designer and design leader, with over 15 years of extensive experience in the product world. I’ve led and designed the UX for many diverse products for top startup and enterprise companies, used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide. Also a UI/UX design mentor & lecturer, and avid technology geek.

I'm the Former CEO, Founder, & Chief Experience Director of Pumika - one of Israel's leading UX/UI Agencies. I led a team of 35+ smart, creative professionals transforming complex products into simple, amazing and successful experiences. In January 2019 Pumika's leaders and senior staff, including myself, have happily joined Soluto in an equ-hire deal. This unique move – was the first of its kind in Israel – of a large UX agency that joins a leading product company.

My focus and passion are in creating impactful UX - transforming deep understanding of the psychology, context, and motivating forces of the users into highly engaging and memorable product experiences.

I love creating and leading design teams to success excellency and fulfillment in organizations. I combine my full-stack creative skill set, leadership abilities, and my extensive experience to quickly create productive, innovative and happy design departments. I love to talk and consult with other people with the same passion for design and digital product leadership.
