I am passionate about using technology to work smarter & faster.

My background is in Consulting. In the late '90s, I worked with Hewlett Packard Consulting in the UK where I helped develop the technology solution on cutting edge projects for clients such as Vodafone, Barclays, GlaxoSmithKline & Outokumpu. Later in 2006, I founded my own Consulting firm in Madrid, Spain (I-nicia Soluciones SL) and partnered with Microsoft in developing Information Worker solutions for Enterprise clients such as CEPSA ($30 billion rev.) and Repsol ($80 billion rev.). Several Projects have been featured as case studies and I have spoken at conferences & seminars.

I hold a first class honours degree in Software Engineering from the National University of Ireland. My thesis focused on the evidence for the successful use of Agile software development practices in business.

My projects have been mostly cross border, multilingual and multicultural. I am fluent in Spanish and have European level B2 in German from the University of Vienna, Austria.

I am a certified PRINCE2 Project Manager, IREB Requirements Engineer and I have been an active member of the Project Management Institute.
