I help large companies in their transformation, with a focus on both internal and open innovation: intrapreneurship, excubation or collaboration and investment into startups, among others. I have experience in setting up innovation structures such as Corporate Venture Capital or Accelerators.

My skills include traditional consulting, design thinking and facilitation, fast prototyping and agile methodologies.

After several experiences in consulting firms, I'm currently working as a freelancer consultant : consulting in innovation management, digital strategy, startups, innovative use cases for new technology. I also acquired some knowledge on specific sectors (Internet/Digital, Venture Capital, Pharmaceutical, Aeronautics, Oil & Gas, startup incubator and accelerator...).
