I have been working in the videogame industry for over 15 years. I started my run in games in the QA department of Crave, then went to Sound Source Interactive, which was bought by TDK. I then went to Mass Media and worked on several games there. I was helping DIMG build the next phase of gaming talent for their social and mobile facilities. I have been the only recruiter for Aeria Games for just under 2 years. I have helped build the mobile team, and keep the online team strong. I also helped start NHN / Monarch Gaming. I have worked internally and externally in games. I have built all types of teams like mobile, VR, AR, traditional console games, and social casino and traditional casino.
I was engaged as a contract recruiter for Magic Leap! I was working globally for the talent acquisition team, my main focus was on the content team. I serviced 10-11 different teams within the company, and hired all types of candidates technical, creative, production, art, business, facilities and HR.
