Brian is a seasoned IT professional, experienced in multiple aspects of IT including application development, data analysis and database design, project management, support management and service delivery management.

He has managed up to 53 staff in multiple teams located throughout NZ, including site managers, software support specialists, hardware engineers, SDMs and associated support specialists.

After a period engaged in development and deployment of process and procedures aligned to ITIL®, he joined ProActive Services in 2012 as a Senior Consultant engaged in training and consultancy on IT Service Management. He now offers his services in these areas as a independent contractor.

An ITIL Expert and certified KCS Trainer, his specialties include training and consultancy in Knowledge Centered Support and the ITIL framework, particularly:
