I have extensive sales and marketing experience within the Foodservice industry. I am customer focused, always trying to understand the differing needs of the customer, through observation and questioning before offering a solution. I have experience in trade and chain negotiations, both in terms of activity to build business and in managing commercial terms.
I have experience in Strategy development, Plan execution with a track record of delivery. I also have specialised in CD Organisation design, defining job roles, building capability, and have acted regularly as both a coach and/or mentor to both team and non-team members. Additionally, I have co created and developed many sales tools in relation to CD resource allocation , trade terms structure and customer engagement.
I have generalist knowledge in Digital Selling and eCommerce and I am a firm believer that organisations must build digital capability and capacity and integrate all interactions with customers online and offline, with multi touchpoints to offer the best service possible.
From previous role of managing director, I have know how in P&L management, team leadership and development, strategic planning and operational execution, while having general management strengths in all aspects of the business, including Marketing, Sales and Team capability development.
