I currently lead the Marketing efforts at Lovevery as we launch these award-winning products across Europe. At Lovevery, our goal is to help every parent feel confident. Our play products are designed by child development experts with the simplest, purest purpose: to be exactly what children need at each stage. Previously, I led the Marketing team for Tesla in the EMEA region for 6 years. In that time I helped to build a regional team of best-in-class marketers, and led them to create activities that have helped to propel Tesla to household-name status in Western Europe and the Middle-East.
During my time at Tesla, I structured and scaled a fast-growing and highly creative team, which included over 40 marketers, across 18 countries. Together, we utilized digital, e-mail, web, experiential marketing, events, social media, content creation, product marketing, and worked closely with the (PR) Communications team to allow our audiences to experience this brand in unique and unexpected ways. We accomplished this with the added challenge of zero paid media/social spend.
Prior to Tesla, I spent two years as Pan European Account Marketing Manager with the adidas Group, focused on trade marketing for the two largest key accounts across Europe. This role, based in Amsterdam, was heavily focused on Performance Marketing and POS strategy.
I also spent 5 ½ years in the travel/hospitality industry, where I focused on the development and execution of marketing programs for a select group of hotels. I worked closely with hotels globally and our internal teams on hotel launches; performance marketing; brand management; developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns; reporting and budget; and managing various teams and agencies.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Master's Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. I have over 15 years of international marketing experience and over 10 years of leadership experience.
