A performance-driven manufacturing executive with twenty-plus years of progressive experience, I have led global teams of up to 3,000+ employees, held full P&L responsibility for union/non-union plants with $40M-$400M+ in sales, and spearheaded four greenfield/brownfield launches across three continents. Throughout my career, I have earned a reputation for driving multi-million dollar productivity enhancements, streamlining multi-plant operations worldwide, and growing market share. An OEM strategic business partner, my forte is establishing manufacturing and quality standards, implementing lean methodologies, and developing/executing sales and business plans that meet aggressive EBITDA goals.
Currently, I am seeking a role where I can best leverage my strengths, driving multi-plant turnarounds by standardizing best practices across geographically dispersed plants. Having lived and worked in China and India, as well as conducting business in South America, Mexico, Canada, Germany, Poland, Spain, and South Korea, I am open to relocation worldwide and as-needed travel.
