A rounded professional in crop protection, with over 30 years’ experience. I have gained valuable experience in research, development and marketing in both, research based, and generic organizations. This has resulted in a high degree of global exposure across herbicides, insecticides, fungicides and nematicides, with some exposure to plant enhancement, seeds and seed treatment. I have been involved in all aspects of life cycle management, from early stage research through to branding and implementation of innovative post patent strategies, as well as 3rd party interactions for both, in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities.

My career, to date, has presented me with the opportunity to gain knowledge across a wide cross section of the industry, allowing contact with a diverse range of people and cultures with whom I have developed excellent working relationships based on trust and a level-headed, common-sense approach. This has provided the experience for multi-cultural influencing, managing & developing people and developing & implementing sustainable global / regional strategies.
