I am obsessed with delivering great experiences and excellent outcomes to clients through products and services.

Before joining the EMEA leadership team in Hubspot, I headed customer transformation for a payment platform, with the goal of putting the customer at the centre of the operations. Prior to that, I spent four years scaling an early stage start-up, setting the foundations of a $50M ARR business and growing the team from 1 to 40 employees. On the way to making this happen, I’ve done stints in professional services, customer
success, product management, channel management, and operations. I've built processes, systems, and teams from the ground up.
