At Renfroe, managed lending relationships with multiple banks for fully leveraged real estate portfolio, including monitoring of loan covenants and negotiation of work out on one project. At Habitat and the Food Bank, managed New Markets Tax Credit funding for new facility construction, including negotiation of $46M tax credit allocation and $31M+ bridge financing at the Food Bank. In 2021, closed an additional $33M working capital NMTC transaction.

» Accounting and management reporting. Adept at providing accurate, timely financial reporting to executives, lenders, investors, and auditors. At Renfroe, translated the CEO’s vision for proposed projects into forecasts and explanations to promote the vision to other stakeholders.
