Bold - Worked with the CRO to built out and grow the Sales Org, helping to grow Bold's ARR from $23mil-->$38mil. The implementation of a sales methodology, sales strategy, new and improved processes, procurement of sales enablement technologies, and sales trainings led to a much more scalable, predictable, and efficient business. I also served as the interim Revenue Operations Director, which included: directly leading the team, continued implementation of technology (Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Outreach), process creation, and multiple levels of enablement for the sales and partnerships orgs.
WP Engine - Helped to orchestrate the growth of 70-->1k employees, 8k-->100k clients, 1 co-working space-->6 global offices, and $13mil-->$200mil ARR. I worked to build out/validate many roles within the Sales Org, train and mentor sellers, collaborated closely with other departments to drive product innovation, and worked closely with C-Suite to ensure efficient revenue growth. This, all while continuing to be the #1 seller YoY.
