I started my career as a Software Quality Engineer, soon moving on to Business Analyst and then Project Manager in charge of in-house product development and customer support as well as outsourcing projects. From there I moved to product management and marketing space which allows me working close with the team, talking to the end-users and help both sides.

I focus on building reasonably simple and effective processes and maintaining team spirit and morale.

My customer relations motto: "Make the customer happy while staying sincere."

I love to spend time testing developed products quality, either manually or automated, analyzing requirements and providing feedback to the development team and the customer.
