More than 20 years of experience in managing business strategy, managerial economics, budget and control units. Held a variety of managerial roles in Cellcom Israel for 13 years, was in charge of the company's corporate development unit, advising on all of its major business decisions. Played an instrumental role in leading Cellcom's IPO on the NYSE in 2007, took part on the IPO roadshow, and was also in charge of the company's analyst and investor relations. In addition, has served as the company's director of budget, control and planning unit.

Previously, has served as Israeli navy budget and control units manager, responsible for every aspect of the navy's budget, including current budget and control as well as negotiations with defense industry companies for R&D projects and weaponry procurement (navy rank – lieutenant commander).

Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics and MSc in Finance magna cum laude
