I am a technical support engineering with 10 years of experience. In this position, my role is to make engineers, technicians, and scientists use the best resources and apply the best development practices in control projects, data acquisition, and automated tests.

My strengths include deep technical knowledge in data acquisition and instrumentation. With my analytical skills, I identified points of improvement in projects at advanced levels of software design and programming in LabVIEW, TestStand, and DIAdem.

I reached the senior level of engineering, supporting engineers around the world, as well as technical support to customers in the United States and Brazil. As a national team leader, I implemented a new model for the internship program, accelerating the learning curve and improving their performance, ensuring better efficiency in problem-solving. Having achieved excellent results in these actions, I aim to further develop my leadership skills in my next position.
