The unique combination of Mechanical Engineering and Technology Management (Industrial Engineering) has given me a solid background in project management, six sigma analysis, lean manufacturing, tool design, process improvement, quality control, and root cause analysis.

As a Quality Engineer, my responsibilities included:

• Analyzed reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and tests to prepare design computations
• Documented customer complaints, created QPR and used tools like 5 why and 8D for root cause analysis.
• Created inspection sheets, checklists, work instructions, quality alerts and constantly coordinated with the quality inspectors for continuous improvement.
• Internal Auditor for production department and the 6S pillar for quality department.
• Prepared PPAP documents; Control Plan, Flow Charts, Process Drawings, PSW's and PFMEA's.
• Responsible for weekly, monthly & quarterly analysis reports. Reports were created in Excel using various functions like V-Look ups, Index Matching, Pivot Table and Pareto charts.
• Programmed and performed FAI on the Keyence optical measuring system and GOM measurement device.
• Issued and coordinated effective completion of supplier corrective actions (SCARs).
• Coordinated internal and supplier Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA).
• I also assisted in the successful completion of 3D modeling using AutoCAD, CATIA and CNC while I was a trainee at CITD.
