I have solid background in Business, Customer and Partner Management and Project Administration.

I have worked for Sun Microsystems later acquired by Oracle for 6 years, holding different roles at Oracle Support Services dealing with all support issue , support service request, sub contracts , warranty claims , field interventions , orderding of hardware spare parts & quotes for customers and partners from Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Also involved in a number of projects and provided support to the assigned project managers. After my time at Oracle , I started working in the Retail sector - managing Business Partners and Suppliers coupled with Sales , Buying , Costing , Finance and Administration which I did for 5 years before joining Symantec in May 2017 working as an Authentication Analyst in a Business Compliance role reviewing customers applications to ensure they comply with relevant laws and regulations and internal procedures, I was promoted to a Validation Source Subject Matter Expert after DigiCert had taken over the website security business from Symantec. This role saw me gain great exposure in Business Laws and Incorporating Agencies globally. I also worked on a great number of projects with the policy and operations team. In October 2019, I relocate to the Dublin Office to provide service delivery management and service account management to DigiCerts Platinum Partners. In March 2020, I was assigned Partner and Enterprise Accounts from UK&Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Bermuda and the USA from QuoVadis ( A company DigiCert acquired) , with these accounts, I have to work very closely with Management , Sales, Auditing, Operations and Training to combine validation support of the two companies , and trying to make sure High profile Partners and Enterprise Accounts have little impact while the 2 Organisations procedures merge to form one global standard policy
