With over ten years experience I've worked across a broad range of sectors which has helped shape my drive to reach comprehensive, qualified media solutions in a collaborative and transparent way. I enjoy leading diverse teams and believe in a supportive approach to management; giving guidance with a clear vision and freeing colleagues to play to their strengths. More recently I decided to freelance in order to balance work and studying for a Psychology MSc. This has developed my research and analytical skills and given me deeper insight into human cognition, social and cultural constructs, individual and group wellbeing, thinking and communication. I have enjoyed this learning immensely and applying the transferrable skills and knowledge to my work.
