In my current role with Walmart, I mitigate security risks and lead the migration of global HR data. In this highly visible role, I executed the company’s largest Workday data conversion migration of 1.1 million US employees, while adhering to accuracy and privacy standards. In a previous role as data quality lead, I analyzed and interpreted data for human resources (HR) systems globally with impact to more than 260K employees in Latin America and 90K employees in China. I also directed three successful software installations that impacted more than 1500 users across multiple locations, resulting in more than $1.1M in savings.
