I have a B.Sc. in Computer Science, a Master’s in Project Management (PMP certified) and more than 20 years of experience in solution design, program management, and service delivery for medium- and large-sized international IT operations. This substantial hands-on experience gives me a deep understanding of technologies used by corporations, writing business cases and process improvement using Lean Six Sigma. I was the IT Director for a global organization, and a regional IT manager prior to that supervising a staff of up to 75. For the past 8+ years, I have focused on managing B2B customer facing Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) and critical infrastructure monitoring projects.
