In my current role at Criticaleye, I work as a trusted advisor to senior executives within large global organisations, FTSE, AIM-listed and PE-backed companies, and the public sector, providing a full spectrum of support ranging from personal leadership development to helping them address key critical business goals.

I am also an accredited mediator, working both in person and online, and have resolved via written agreement civil, community and workplace disputes in England, Scotland and China. I have delivered over 350 hours of mediation training to people from a wide range of professional and cultural backgrounds.
