By setting goals and plans to achieve them, I continued my growth from a junior developer to a senior engineer and architect. And from a single CTO in a startup to hiring, leading and managing fully functional teams.

Research, learning, and software architecture are among my joy in life. Mentoring and guiding give me great satisfaction. Setting long term plans and strategies keep me on focus and sharp.
