Till date, Jian An had a multifaceted career spanning across 15 years since he obtained his Bachelors degree in Year 2008. Chief among them are a suite of skillsets ranging from supplier sourcing, negotiations, operational management to driving cross functional and geography projects. Amid these, he had also developed further academically and obtained his Masters Degree in Year 2015. Professionally he had also obtained his certification in Project Management Professional PMP© as well as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. At present, he is on track to complete his EXIN Agile Scrum certification by end of 2021. All these while juggling with his family and three young kids at home.
