Mr. Zeng is a strategic, execution-focused leader across multiple sectors utilizing applied AI/ML. Having held key positions in Fortune 100 and venture-backed early stage companies across US, EU, and China, Mr. Zeng is a pragmatic and growth-focused legal and ops executive.

As a G&A executive, Mr. Zeng led people operations, finance & accounting, and FP&A. By achieving operational excellence in these areas, Mr. Zeng and his team drove headcount doubling, geographic expansion, sales team growth, and supply chain management.

As a General Counsel, Mr. Zeng built a world-class IP program, closed strategic partnerships and commercial transactions, designed a data privacy program, and managed export issues. All of these contributed to raising $55M+ through debt and equity financing.

As a Chief Compliance Officer, Mr. Zeng led teams in the US and China that managed regulatory compliance. With the benefit of Mr. Zeng’s cross-cultural fluency and business-orientation, the China Compliance team was able to successfully achieve both legal compliance and business goals in the context of a $2B investment in the China market. In the US, Mr. Zeng led regulatory compliance for a diverse $3B SaaS portfolio.
