• 30 plus years of broad engineering experience in Systems Engineering, Test & Evaluation, Systems Engineering and Propulsion Systems on fighter aircraft, propeller aircraft, cruise missiles
• In-depth working knowledge of multidisciplinary processes and systems engineering methodology and techniques to develop, validate and manage product-level system/subsytem requirements and architectures and ensure system integration.
• Test and evaluation experience in major defense acquisition programs, including BMDS, GMD, F-18 E/F, YF-23 Advanced Tactical Fighter, C-130J, Tomahawk.
• Test and evaluation experience on new start Army rotary platform Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) program.
• Hands-on experience in design, development, test and integration of aircraft (F/A-18 E/F) /missile propulsion systems (Tomahawk, Advanced Cruise Missile).
• Former Naval Reserve Lieutenant, USNR, Aeronautical Engineering Duty Officer.
• Seven years Active duty experience in Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) as a Reserve Officer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with UNIX, and other software and analysis tools
