Jon is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has 15+ years of experience in process improvement and digital transformation. In his current role, he leads the RPA/IA automation program and development team to support the global enterprise digitalization efforts.

His past work experiences include UPS, American Express Company, and Fiserv where he worked as an operational auditor and advisory position. His diverse industry background includes contact center, online education, CPG, FinTech, shared services, manufacturing, and credit card services. He is passionate about change management and governance since both are key success factors in any transformation endeavor.

Jon holds a bachelor’s degree In Industrial Technology (Electronics and Computer) from San Jose State University and an MBA from Point Loma Nazarene University.
