I began my career in the insurance industry 20+ years ago as an Account Manager for a regionally based insurance brokerage. Through a series of acquisitions, the brokerage eventually became a national Third Party Administrator. Due to my attention to detail and communication skills, my management responsibilities grew and ultimately led me to becoming an Implementation Manager. In that position I implemented many accounts nationwide.

In my previous roll, I utilized my project management skills to supervise the complex implementation process involved in transitioning new clients from one TPA to another. I worked directly with executive management teams and HR personnel to thoroughly understand clients' needs and expectations. I coordinated with each client's existing TPA/insurance provider as well as the internal departments of the newly chosen carrier in order to execute new plans efficiently.

During my nearly two decades in the industry, I have amassed considerable knowledge of the detailed inner workings of partially self-funded employee benefit group plans. Working with insurance brokerages and national TPA's as well as with prescription benefit management companies, medical stop loss coordination, and additional medical management products has given me the ability to offer unique solutions to any challenge or concern that a client may confront.
