Software Developer @ Haifa, Haifa
Senior Embedded System Hardware Engineer
San Francisco Bay Area
I'm a senior embedded hardware engineer who likes to be a part of product teams of intelligent and motivated people who deliver significant, exciting new products. I am able to ramp up quickly with new technologies and teams, and adapt to new technology, so that I can make meaningful contributions right away.
► DIVERSE EMBEDDED HARDWARE DESIGN EXPERIENCE: I have taken many projects from the "idea" stage to mass production, and have worked on a broad array of projects ranging from pure research to millions of units shipped. I've contributed as a self-driven and self-directed EE on small teams as the only EE, and also on large product development teams requiring strong collaboration both within and outside of the hardware group.
► BROAD SKILL SET: My skill set reflects my diverse experience, having worked on single micro-controller designs, quad-core systems, and everything in between. My background includes FPGA design, standard serial busses (I2C, SPI, UART, etc.) and high-speed SERDES busses (MIPI, PCIe, LVDS, etc.), typical I/O and interfaces, and DDR memory.
► STRONG TEAMWORK BACKGROUND: I've been a part of all flavors of design teams, both as a contributor and a technical team lead. My experience includes cross-collaboration with software, mechanical, EMI/EMC, and other groups involved in quickly and efficiently taking a product to production. I've also successfully worked with several different OEM manufacturers and their engineering teams.
* Strong analytical design and debug skills
* Ability to guide a project into mass production
* Solid electrical engineering foundation, yet diverse enough to understand (and compromise with) the needs of software, mechanical design, and others.
* Strong research, publication, and invention background in ultra-low-power RF energy harvesting
