Carlyle Capital Partners negotiates on behalf of our clients to buy or sell income-producing Real Estate Assets. Our scope includes multi-family, luxury hotels and resorts, mixed-use commercial, A and B class office buildings, light industrial, and land. We also work with luxury residential developers. Our real estate clients include Investors, Ultra High Net Worth Groups, REITs, REO Assets, Institutional Funds, Developers, Sovereign Funds, 1031 Investors, and Joint Venture Groups. We also work with soft and hard money lenders. Our relationship with our private equity and venture capital clients enables us to help them make synergistic acquisitions to strengthen their portfolios in specific sectors.

Our focus has shifted into the PPE space with the clear objective to network with manufacturers, distributors, and brokers to develop a team of like-minded people. Unfortunately, when you mix the genuine fear that Covid has created and greed that many people exhibit while transacting business, you get CHAOS. We are very selective about who we deal with, both buyers and sellers, and work primarily in the Nitrile Glove, N95 Mask. We also have a great line of FDA, EPA antibacterial wipes made in the US. Our group is expanding into other very pertinent products. We have turned down more buyers and sellers due to our standards of ethics and good business practice.

Key Projects / Achievements:
• Developed a new architecture for “Designated Agency” approved by the Department of State of New York to provide superior service to the consumer, while improving the overall poor image the consumer has today of most Realtors®
• Created the Business Process Patent Pending Consumer Protection and Recourse, a program that adds clarity and integrity to the Home Improvement Industry while protecting the consumer from the onset to completion.
• Developed strong relationships with both buyer and seller clients domestically and internationally. The relationships were forged due to respect, transparency, strategic mindsets, and closing transactions.
• Our clients range from Ultra High Net Worth groups, Institutional Funds, Banks, and Sovereign Funds
