Engineering managment experience includes, Engineering Director, Staff Systems Engingeer and Sr. Project Manager, where I've led teams of Scientists, Engineers, Managers and Technicians. Typical responsibilities have included establishing strategic department goals and program planning to achieve corpoate objectives consistent wth budget and schedule milestone constraints.

I have been involved with numerous new product intorductions (NPI) efforts, creating several products that were successful in the commercial and defense industries. I have been responsible for creating product development roadmaps, Risk and Requirements Management Plans, as well as Integrated Master Scheduels for development and test validation activities; while building development teams for Software development, Test Integration, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Managment and Business Processes development to support sales and manufacturing inititivies for customer delivery.

Responsible for generating operational policies, procedures and training for multi-disciplined engineering and manufacturing teams to capture and maintain current knowledge with industrail security, standards and safety pratices. My participation on proposal teams (RFP) has contributed to new program planning (BOE) for budgets, schedules and (SOW) deliverables, which achieved program contract awards. I work closely with the executive team and direct reports to establish a good rapport, as well as maintaining consistent communications wth Customers and Subcontract Vendors to establish value and trust in the working relation.

Roles as a Staff and Principle Engineer as given me valuable in-depth and hands-on experience in Electronic Design, Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing including: digital hardware, RF analog and power system, firmware and application development as well as Plastics molding, sheet metal design and machined parts design.
