Leon received his LL.B from Shandong University, School of Law. He also holds an LL.M and a Diploma in Management from McGill University, an LL.M in Law and Technology from the University of Ottawa, and LLM in US Legal Practice from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.

李立红律师拥有超过20年的法律工作经验，具有内外资律师事务所、上市公司、外资企业和政府部门等行业的丰富法律实务经验，工作领域涉及公司日常法律事务、投融资并购、涉外法律、知识产权保护、产品责任、法律合规和行政执法等。

李立红律师本科毕业于山东大学法学院，研究生就读于加拿大麦吉尔大学法学院、渥太华大学法学院和纽约佩斯大学法学院，分别获得国际商法硕士学位、科技法硕士和比较法（美国律师执业方向）学位，同时还取得麦吉尔大学管理学研究生文凭。
