Involve in the whole recruitment process . Defining recruiting manager's needs, select the most effective recruitment source for each position, conducting in depth HR interviews, supporting managers during the recruitment process, giving job offers and finally signing up new employees.
I was also responsible for handling HR support for a large group of employees,
handling and advising in different HR issues - hiring, end of employment, salary, attendance, welfare and more.
Create and lead several projects in the HR team: new employee orientation, academic relations, performing surveys and interviews with managers about their satisfaction from the recruitment process and more.
Placing of a wide range of positions including for SUs, product/project managers, executives (cxx level)
Also placing tech level developer and designer positions specializing in QA, .Net, Java, C#, C++, PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Node.js ASP.Net, Flash, UI, UX, BI Analyst, Objective-C, IOS and Android
