I have guided 8 store managers to district managers, and 2 district managers to regional managers.

I train managers on the high value of customer loyalty, professional behavior, quality of service, product presentation, and store environment. I coach managers on the benefit of an affirmative approach to their employees, and its correlation to the quality of customer service.

PHILOSOPHY: Life should be fun. Time is precious. My family and I live adventurously through travel, mountain climbing, and flourishing our particular talents. We also thank my employees who work on holidays by cooking and delivering home-cooked treats to them, a legacy from my Dad, an Air Force Officer who always thanked his men and women the same way.
