I don’t necessarily see myself as a manager for people, but definitely a leader of some sort; strategies, projects, programs or in indirect leadership roles. Dream future roles (but I am in a good place right now 😊): always something challenging, either a broadened scope within marketing/sales/comms perhaps, or within people - a strategic role encompassing Culture, EB, Marketing, Communication and Brand - to truly have an impact on an organization's business and behaviour! I enjoy international and global roles as it brings new perspectives and enriches my life through the people I meet and I have strong language and culture skills from living, working and studying in a variety of countries - and from global large businesses and international organizations.
