I finished my studies at John Bryce as systems analysis , which apply the knowledge learned in the project using UML methodology. In recent years, I worked as a Team leader in Technical Service Center at Bezeq. My work included motivate the team to goals . I adviced, guided, supported and trained the team members.
Before, i was Knowledge Manager , i was responsible for knowledge dissemination in a Technical Service Center at Bezeq and make sure that knowledge is flowing efficiently throughout the Service Center. I was responsible to make sure that every individual in the is Service Center aware about the happenings of the organization: I prepared training programs, guided the professional teams at this fieldes: Procedures, Professional software, CRM software.
I Analyzed the effectiveness of the new knowledge programs by observing its usage and evaluate its impact in terms of the organizational benefits.Also i was responsible for the analysis of intranet networks at the Service Center to Encourage the staff and workers to share knowledge effectively and efficiently.
In my work field i iInitiated, planed and implemented ideas and projects .
My experience has helped me develop my inter-personal communication skills and analytical and researching skills, so as to make myself eligible for facing several challenges that are bound to come across in the work environment.
I'm looking for work in systems analysis which I can contribute.
