In everything I do I believe in the power of one person. Every person can impact many lives - especially if you are a Recruiter.

I work with people on how to "profile" others using the structured Situational-Behavioral Interview model I developed, and see how well they fit the future job, and the best way to do this stems from love and communication. I find that love is in the root of everything I do, and communication is my tool in this world.

I work with Recruiting Leaders to build strong happy companies, while helping people find their true best career paths. Strong, daring challenging Recruiting leaders - in all the different organizational levels are our focus, as we help them to build better Recruiting processes, and teach them to interview Structured Situational Behavioral Interview (using my original model).

I'm identified by others as a thought leader, because I #speakup. I say my thoughts. I was always told its a problem to keep me quiet - especially when I see an evil done to someone, be it big or small.

I work with job seekers to improve the way they search jobs and interview. I use the 24 years of experience I have in and with HR in organizations, to open doors for people I work with and help them find jobs that make them happy.
