I am a senior Key Accounts Management leader with over a decade of experience in sales, account management, onboarding, and service delivery experience for top financial institutions in the Middle East.
Following a formative career in Product Sales and Sales Implementation for Samba Financial Group’s Global Transaction Services business, I joined the Global Liquidity & Cash Management business at SABB Bank, where I have held senior Account Management, Sales, Client Implementation & Integration, and Service Delivery roles.
This has included the launch of a new onboarding service, overseeing large teams of Implementation and Service Delivery professionals, as well as development of a new Integration proposition, establishment of a Key Accounts Management function for top-tier clients, and early Sales roles where I was integral to the growth of the business from the preliminary stages.
