When people talk logistics and supply chain operations, my heart beats a little faster. Many of us don’t think about the journey our everyday items take. It may seem a little silly, but I do. I pride myself in knowing that our toothpaste, vegetables, paper, clothing, and literally everything we have gets to our homes by what I do and through the dedication of my team.

My passion is supply chain and logistics. I am a dynamic and highly accomplished supply chain manager with more than 15 years’ experience in planning and implementing overall supply chain strategy. My background includes a high adeptness at coordination of all warehouse and logistics activities, operations, and staff. I seek to streamline operations including distribution and warehouse logistics, procurement, quality assurance, customer service, and e-commerce fulfillment and have a keen ability to implement practices to improve the effectiveness of supply chain to drive costs and inventory investments down.

I have deep business expertise and strong connections in the Middle East, China and the Far East, the U.K., Latin America & the Caribbean Islands. I know and thrive on international sales, negotiation, marketing strategy, local and remote team management, strategic planning, and internal conflict resolution.

Much of my success comes from continuous improvement in processes, policies, and procedures as well as efficient delivery of key supply chain KPIs having improved inventory accuracy to 99.99% and packing accuracy to 99.90% in two locations. I have earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees and have excellent communication skills. I am skilled in warehouse operations as well as hiring, training, supervising, motivating, and developing logistics staff. I am proud of my strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills and additionally have full commitment to excellence and high standards.

I know a multitude of systems and programs as well, including Microsoft Office, Excel, IBM AS400 and MS Dynamics AX ERP, Magento, and other e-commerce platforms.

Through my professional, personal, and missionary work I have gained much knowledge and developed deep bonds and experiences. I am thus multilingual including being fluent in Spanish (Native Proficiency), English, Portuguese & Italian, have an intermediate knowledge of Arabic, and a basic knowledge of Hebrew and French.

Finally, I have academic expertise in research writing, national security, Middle East & Latin American politics, and migration & refugees.
