Prior to 2005, I held various leadership positions in India with leading NBFCs, Banks and Asset Management companies such as KJMC Finance, Fortune Finance, ANZ Grindlays Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Prudential ICICI Asset Management, before moving to Middle East with Citibank, N.A in Bahrain. I led Citi's Retail Business in Middle East, while driving Consumer Franchises in Bahrain & Egypt for 12 years and then transited into Private Wealth Advisory and Asset Management space based out of Dubai (UAE).

As an experience leader, over 26 years I have a proven history of ideating, developing and leading goal-oriented, cross-functional teams to deliver results. Overtime, I have been able to develop myself as a visionary leader with following skill set:

Extremely passionate about creating winning teams & people management and was nominated to be part of the prestigious “Leadership Development Program” (LDP) of Citibank to groom talent for Senior Roles in the Bank.

Being a street theater enthusiast since my college days, I trained myself to be a good orator and that led to my passion for teaching and training students. Just out of college in 1993, I became the youngest guest lecturer in 1996 in one of the prestigious Management Institutes in Delhi and that is where my journey as a Visiting Faculty in Management Institutes started. I taught many batches of full-time and part-time MBA students in management Institutes across Delhi and have been cherishing the friendship of many of my students till now. I still get invited occasionally for lectures and talks in Educational Institutes.

Recently I have launched my Life Blog called “Your ProPer Guide” to share my life experiences and learning with wider audience.
