My experience to date has allowed me to form a complete understanding and knowledge of the strategic and operational activities required throughout the product lifecycle - from pre-launch, launch and to LOE. Creating, delivering and measuring the success of tactical and operational plans at all levels while ensuring these support the organisation’s strategic and commercial direction.

With nearly 25 years’ experience in sales, marketing and communications within the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry - both client and service side - I have a very well rounded and informed understanding of the industry.

A well-thought-through and well-executed project is only possible with a cohesive team behind it, so the ability to work multi-functionally is critically important.
Having managed cross-functional teams, I believe it is important to combine strategic thinking with a tactical and solutions-focused delivery. My management style is to engender team and collaborative working while playing to individual skills and strengths, so I have developed strong and varied leadership in order to manage complex projects with many ‘moving parts’, requiring a focus on key metrics, objectives and budget. It has also been important to be able to mentor and coach other members of the team to expand their own skills in this area.

In summary, I feel that my collective experience - gained both as a client and a service provider - has given a unique perspective and insight not often demonstrated by other marketing, communication and sales professionals across the Healthcare sector.
