Ola has over twenty-five years combined experiences in AI Systems, IT, Engineering Research, Systems and Software Engineering, Operations, Programming, Web Development, Patent Examining and Quality administration including business, manufacturing, technical and research experiences. Strong project management, organizational, group facilitation, logistics, strategic planning and analytical skills. Proven ability to give informative presentations, document, manage change and negotiate. Customer focused professional who works well independently and as a member of a team.
Her technical specialties are applied research in decision support systems, risk management, optimization and logistics. Modeling of complex systems, statistical analysis of large data sets, machine learning, and pattern recognition. Applying artificial intelligence methodologies such as soft computing, fuzzy logic, neural network, kohonen SOM, linear vector quantization, genetic algorithms, swarm particle, ant colony and hybrids and other methods to predict patterns. natural language processing using fuzzy similarity, information extraction using text mining. systems engineering analysis & design principles just to mention a few.
