Manager Business Intelligence - Envista (formerly Danaher)

Responsible for all BI needs at 15+ sites in North and South America with a team of two analysts and share support from four programmers and two MDM analysts. Establish strong working relationships with global business partners. Identify existing gaps in data model and develop solutions.
• Coordinated the integration of ERP data from 6 sites across the Americas into Data Warehouse. Integration included ETL from SAP to DW, training and implementation of MDM and developing reporting and dashboards.
• Implemented Row Level Security (RLS) throughout reporting ecosystem.
• Developed and implemented a global recognition program to IT senior management in 2018. Program has resulted in a 10% increase in employee satisfaction and increased retention on the teams.
• Collaborated with senior leadership to develop dashboards and other visualizations to help drive business KPIs
• Manage ETL data loads from EDI, ERP systems and other flat files.
• Drive adoption of Data Stewardship through tools like Master Data Management
• Deliver SQL views to CRM for data consumption for Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics instances
